In honor of Dr. Anne’s 40th anniversary with Harmonium, she takes the podium to lead her favorite piece. This thrilling compilation of the best of the old (Renaissance) and the new (Baroque) has textures ranging from intimate motets to grand fanfares, echo duets to eight part choruses, and Gregorian chant to operatic virtuoso lines. This one-day-only event features Harmonium in collaboration with the Somerset Hills Chorus with their leader Stephen Sands, who also lends his warm tenor voice to our concert, the period instrument magic of The Sebastians, and many incredible soloists from Harmonium.
