Harmonium Choral Society presents:

St. Matthew Passion

composed by J.S. Bach

To celebrate our Artistic Director Dr. Anne Matlack's 30th Anniversary with Harmonium Choral Society, we will perform Bach's St. Matthew Passion with double orchestra and chorus in April 2019.

This is a tour-de force and a “bucket-list” piece for Dr. Matlack who explains:

“Bach’s music transcends religion and historical era and has the power to reach new audiences as it delves into the reaches of the human heart and soul.”

The costs involved are extensive because of the double orchestra and soloist requirements. As a small nonprofit, we can't provide this experience without help. Please contact us to help this dream come true and fulfill our mission of excellence, education and outreach.
